TIME, MONEY, and ENERGY!

MOLD TESTING

Some indications of mold present:

1. You can smell something musty

2. You see a substance that looks like mold or fungus

3. You see and smell NOTHING!

High levels of mold are not always easily detected without an air quality test. Living in a home with elevated levels of mold can bring lifelong debilitating effects from toxic mold exposure.

RADON TESTING

Radon is a radioactive gas.

You can't see it.

You can't smell it.

You can't taste it.

It's the leading cause of lung cancer in non-smoking individuals.

Radon Kills - 21,000 cancer deaths each year

TERMITE INSPECTION

One swarm of termites can destroy large sections of the wood framing in a home in just months.

Termite tunnels and damage can be completely hidden behind a beautiful wall with no indication of invasion until they swarm once per year. And by then, the costly damage has been done.

WHOLE HOUSE THERMAL IMAGING

Would you know if you were missing insulation in your ceiling?

Using thermal imaging tools to "see through walls" is a non-invasive way to see where your home is leaking air (hot and cold).

One inspection can save thousands of dollars in heating and cooling costs.

ASBESTOS & LEAD TESTING

The vast majority of homes older than 20 years, especially those built in the 1950s and 1960s, contain a number of asbestos and lead products.

When removed or disturbed, microscopic fibrils in asbestos are so abrasive that, if inhaled, they can cause lung-scarring illnesses and even lung cancer. It is important to know what is in your home so you can determine how it should be handled in a safe manner.

WATER TESTING

There are numerous ways that even a public water supply can be or become unsafe...

A break in a public waterline may introduce bacteria, public officials may not keep water quality up to standards, a failing outdoor spigot allows ecoli or uranium into supply line, etc.

Our water tests are performed on the spot to give you peace of mind. Tests include lead, bacteria, nitrates, copper, pesticides, and more.

If you require more extensive testing, we've got you covered.
